Three new C-21 steroidal glycosides named komaroside A, komaroside B, komaroside C were isolated from the ethanolic extract of the roots of Cynanchum komarovii Al.Iljinski (Asclepiadaceae), their structures were determined by physiochemical and spectroscopic analysis.
