Le résumé fourni par la source

The deficiencies of the several kinds of optical parallelism calibration methods commonly used at present were introduced and compared briefly.A kind of the new calibration method of optical axis parallelism was proposed. The method made use of the operating principle of a spherical-mirror converging the parallel light beam at a point. The method also put to use the target in the focal point of a spherical-mirror to receive the beam reflected by spherical-mirror.By means of the infrared display unit, the impact point of the light beam was observed to completely overlap to determine the respective light beams to be parallel. The adjustment method and the measurement uncertainty of this method were also discussed. The calculation and experimental results verified that this method can meet the requirements of precision index. The method is simple in principle, easy to operate,it can not only be used in the laboratory debugging, and can also calibrate the optical axis parallelism under the field conditions, and it has great practicability.
