Study on pathology of liver tissue in patients with chronic hepatitis B

Objective:To explore the relevance of clinical and pathological changes of patients with chronic hepatitis B(CHB).Methods:Clinical data of 30 cases with CHB were collected and the relevance of clinical and pathological changes was analyzed.Results:There was a significant correlation between the grade of hepatic inflammation and fibrosis stages(r=0.659,P0.01).The negative correlation of albumin and globulin ratio(A/G) with the grade of hepatic inflammation and fibrosis stages were found(r=-0.368,P0.05;r=-0.401,P0.05).There was no significant correlation between age,sex,ALT,AST,TP,ALB,GLO,TBil,PLT,PT,PTA,the width of portal vein,the thickness of spleen and the grade of hepatic inflammation and fibrosis stages(P0.05).Conclusions:The grade of hepatic inflammation is closely correlated with the fibrosis stages in patients with CHB.There is a considerable limitation only to judge mild or moderate inflammation and fibrosis of the liver according to liver function.
