Analysis of long term resettlement compensation modes and their risks

The study of the sustainability of the long term resettlement compensation modes,which are still in exploration,aims at realizing long term stability and development of the resettlement livings.Through comparison of 5 long term compensation modes used in some projects,including shareholder bonus,annual production value paid by year,interest return from compensation fund,development and resettlement on the remaining land and later support),it was concluded that these modes had some break through compared with the existing mode,however,there were risks as well,such as risks of investment and decision,policies and regulations,management,macro economic environment.The results showed that,as an innovative resettlement mode,the long term resettlement compensation mode should be supported by policies and regulations and improved in its operation,which was also the developing trend of the compensation mode.
