Effect of Land Use on Groundwater in the Oasis of Heihe Mid-watershed

With the development of society and economy,more and more problems of the effect of land use on groundwater were concerned about.Groundwater is an important part of water resources in northwest arid area,it is one of keys to oasis land use.On the basis of demonstrating the effect of different purposes of land use on groundwater and environment,the paper discusses the effect mechanisms of land use on groundwater system,and then proposes the approaches and measures for ensuring sustainable use of groundwater.Some thinking,such as evaluating the vulnerability of groundwater environment and developing new treatment methods,are set forward.
