Comparative Study on the Characteristics of Physical Education Teaching Program Between Chinese and Russian Universities

Literature and comparative study on the physical education teaching program between Chinese and Russian universities show that 1.Chinese universities are in advantageous position in arrangement of required courses and assignment of class-hours;2.Russian universities are superior in the direct organization system of physical education teaching; 3.The practical part of the teaching program differs from each other in the orientation of the whole teaching process;4. The contents and logic of the theoretical part of teaching program in China are not as good as that in Russia;and 5. There is originality in physical education teaching of the special colony (such as the weak,the sick and the deformed students), in Chinese Universities.It is suggested that the knowledge of modern Western health medical care should be included in the program for the weak,the sick and the deformed students,teaching should be combined with competitive training in university,and theory of physical education in university should be further strengthened in china.
