Industrial revolution not only resulted in advanced science and technology and unprecedented wealth,but also triggered a global ecological crisis.China is a large fast growing developing country with a large population,relatively poor natural resources and fragile ecological environment.Diminishing resource and global environmental awareness don't allow China to pollute the environment.Reflecting on domestic and international situation,China government is fully aware that its industrialization should no longer follow the western countries' mode of pollution first and treatment later.Therefore when developing its economy,China also protects the ecological environment and tries to maximize the use of natural resources to follow the resource-saving and environment-friendly mode of industrialization.Moreover,China contributes to the development of human civilization and protection of global ecological environment by constructing socialism ecological civilization guided by the scientific concept of development.
