Objestive:To characterize the Volatile Oil of Flos Lonicera·β-CD inclusion Compound and to provide the theoretic foundation for identifying and formulating the inclusion Compound.Methods:To prepare the inclusion compound of Volatile Oil in Flos Lonicera with β-Cyclodextrin by grinding method,We study the characterization of the β-CD inclusion compound using different analytical methods,such as XRD 、 TCL、 DTA and UV.Results:Compared with Volatile Oil in Flos Lonicera,the Inclusion Compound has obviously different characterization.Conclusion:Based on the characteristics,this shows the complex could be distinctively distinguished fromβ-CD.
