Cardiomyopathy is a special type of cardiac disease,the systolic and diastolic heart failure resulting from it is threatening the health of mankind.In recent years,there have appeared many new ideas about classification and differential diagnosis of cardiomyopathy,investigative method and clinical feature of echocardiogram.This article reviews progresses retated to these aspects mentioned above in order to provide reference for the clinical diagnosis and therapy for this diseases.
