A new accurate measurement method of nozzle flow coefficient was put forward,which avoided the influence of needle opening and closing on flow coefficient calculation.By the experiment and calculation,the nozzle flow coefficients under different injection conditions were acquired and the influence and reason under different injection conditions were analyzed.With the single injection device,the injection quantity under different injection pressures and injection durations was measured and the fuel injection contour was drawn,which provided the reference for the further research.
