Study on the tissue rapid propagation technique of pseudostellaria heterophylla Miq. Pax

The winter buds excised from pseudostellaria heterophylla Miq. pax was used as explants for tissue culture in this test. The results showed that 1/2MS+NAA0.1 mg/L+6-BA2.0～3.0 mg/L medium could induce the growth of overwintering terminal buds and axillary buds. 1/2MS+NAA0.2 mg/L+6-BA1.0 mg/L was the best medium for the induction of multiple shoot. 1/2MS+NAA0.2 mg/L+6-BA1.5 mg/L was suitable for the proliferation of tissue culture plantlets. And MS culture medium was suited for sound seedling to take roots.
