Bilingual teaching is one of important development direction and strategic work in Chinese high education teaching reform.Yet teaching reform and development of bilingual practice is at starting stage.Food engineering practice with bilingual teaching mode is attempted in food science and engineering major in He'nan University of Science and Technology,bilingual engineeringpractice pattern is discussed and the keypoints in bilingual engineeringpractice are analyzed.Beneficial reference and experience are provided for bilingual practice offood major and trainingfor high level,comprehensive and internationaltalents.
