The precaution and resolution of the financial risk is the common topic of the financial supervision authorities. But in fact the financial supervision in China is in low efficiency. There are still many problems in the financial supervision. With the entry of the WTO, in order to improve the financial supervision efficiency and the ability of the management of the risk, we should take action from consummating financial supervision fundament and innovation of supervision.
