Due to the development of network technology,number of university students on the internet has rapid growth,especially the 90s students,they have become the main Internet users.As a fourth medium the Internet has the comprehensive impact of all aspects of college students,including values,communication,behavior patterns,as well as personalized psychological.Strengthen and continue to guide the 90s students have a good network behavior,effectively resist the adverse network information to form a healthy atmosphere for the network environment,this paper proposes a strategy for college students network behavior in the 90s.
