Corythucha ciliata(Say) is a newly alien pest in China.Rearing the nymph of the lacebug under room temperature, the relationship between the nymph density and the sex ratio, longevity and oviposition number per female of its emergenced adults were investigated. The results showed that the nymph density had no significant correlation on adult sex differentiation and longevity while having a certain influence on the oviposition number per female. When rearing under 10 nymphs per leaf, the oviposition number per female was the highest with 171.867 5 eggs/♀,which was significantly higher than those under 2~4 nymphs per leaf with 95.333 3~100.125 0 eggs/♀.
