Study of Urban Regional Risk Based on Information Diffusion

The small sample with incomplete information was employed to assess the urban regional work safety risk.Based on the methodology of information diffusion which could fuzzify single sample point,the mapping relationship between observation sample and risk probability distribution was studied by properly expanding the incomplete information with the diffusion function applied the principles of information diffusion,and a work safety risk calculation model of urban region based on the information diffusion was established.In addition,the work safety risk of Xinbei district in a city was taken as an example.Annual fatalities of construction site,fire,industrial accidents and mortality per 100 million yuan GDP from 2005 to 2010 were picked up as the observation samples of work safety risk in this region.Then their risks were calculated respectively using the established risk calculation model.The analysis results show that the calculation results are in substantial consistency with the actualities,which favors the work safety risk assessment of urban region from a macroscopic perspective,and can provide technology reference for administration of work safety.
