Clinical Observation of Effect of Lipo-PGE_1 in treatment of Diabetic Peripheral neuropathy

Objective To observation the clinical effect of Lipo-PGE_1 in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods 69 patients with DPN were divided into 2 groups,they were given the medicine of Lipo-PGE_110μg/d,or combined Vit B_1 10 mg/d and Vit B_(12) 500 μg/d,both for two weeks,and comparaed the clinical effect of the two groups in in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Results The improvement of DPN symptoms and signs or never conduction speeds of the treatment group were obviously better than the contrast group(P0.01).No obvious adverse drug reactions were observed.Conclusion LipoPGE_1 is an effective and safe drug in treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
