Le résumé fourni par la source

From the perspective of stakeholders, this paper selects 35 Chinese listed SMME as samples that have experienced performance turnaround during 2001 and 2010. With the ordinal logistic regression analysis of major stakeholders' effects on SMME's performance turnaround, we conclude: (1) the explicit benefits of financially related stakeholders are more important than those of non-financially related stakeholders, (2) the explicit benefits of managers are not as important as those of suppliers and employees, (3) the explicit benefits of shareholders and creditors are the primary factors for SMME to achieve turnaround success. Finally, the paper suggests that the benefits of shareholders and creditors should be considered first and the benefits of suppliers and employees should be paid more attention to in the process of SMME's performance turnaround.
