The radio message wings of the lemniscate (GWL Project) to Extraterrestrial Intelligence, carrying information about the golden section in the lemniscate, is a cosmic declaration of the Earthmen that they are intelligent and fit for exchanging information via channels of interstellar radio communication. The new technical proposal of the GWL project is using the principle RPhM (Relative Phase Modulation) of N.T. Petrovich for noiseproof feature of the signals. The basic idea of the interstellar radio message wings of the lemniscate is just to communicate the fact of intelligence of Earthmen and preparedness for interstellar radio contacts. The names of 10 elements of digital part of the radio message GWL are the following: 1) Segments in the proportion of the golden section, 2) Golden triangle and golden pyramid, 3) Fractal Koch curve, 4) Black square of Malevich, 5) Man in the golden section of Leonardo da Vinci, 6) Spiral of Bernoulli, 7) Picture of Willy Melnikov, 8) Yin'-Yan Sign, 9) Picture of Esher, 10) Picture (or logo) of the sponsor.
