An assumption that there exist technological extra-terrestrial civilizations to which mankind can get into contact by radio attracts our careful attention to stars in the vicinity of the Sun. Some stars already became addressees of the first interstellar radio messages from the Earth: Cosmic Call 1999, Hello, Galaxy! 2001 and Cosmic Call 2003. A critical review of these stars is made on a basis of estimations of their parameters by the following criteria: 1) location of a star in the Hertzsprung-Russel diagram at the epoch of signal sending; 2) evolution of a star and its cosmogonic environment in the period before arrival of signals from earthians from the viewpoint of preserving an inhabited planet; 3) star age and metallicity sufficient for forming planets in the star ecosphere and for evolution of a hypothetic engendered life to the level of a technically developed civilization; 4) presence of exo-planets and estimation of their influence on existence of a planet in ecosphere; 5) advantages and disadvantages of red dwarfs and stars in binary systems as addressees for interstellar radio messages
