We propose a moving detectable model which is based on physiological retina mechanisms. The moving detection vision system needs real-time moving object detection and the human vision system has the best processing structure and has many advantages: processing time, compression, massive parallel processing etc. But the human visual system is a part of the brain and very complicated, we just knew some of retinal mechanisms. We propose a new retina-like motion detectable visual model based on the known physiological results, especially the amacrine cells which are known to have the role of motion detection among the known retina mechanisms. We make a retina visual model and simulate it; it shows motion detection and demonstrates similar results compared with the physiological data obtained by sustained and motion stimuli. Based on it, we can make an advanced motion detection visual system and in the future, we will make artificial human vision system.
