ภูมิหลังและวัตถุประสงค์การวิจัย: การพัฒนาเศรษฐกิจและอุตสาหกรรมอย่างรวดเร็วส่งผลให้เกิดการเสื่อมโทรมของสิ่งแวดล้อมและการใช้ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติอย่างไม่ยั่งยืน โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งในชุมชนที่ตั้งอยู่ใกล้เขตอุตสาหกรรม ดังนั้นการส่งเสริมวิถีชีวิตที่มุ่งเน้นความยั่งยืนในหมู่ประชาชนจึงมีความสำคัญต่อการบรรลุการพัฒนาที่ยั่งยืนทางสิ่งแวดล้อม การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ (1) ตรวจสอบระดับวิถีชีวิตที่มุ่งเน้นความยั่งยืนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความยั่งยืนทางสิ่งแวดล้อมในหมู่ประชาชนชุมชนโรจนา ตำบลคานหาม อำเภออุทัย จังหวัดพระนครศรีอยุธยา และ (2) เปรียบเทียบวิถีชีวิตเหล่านี้ตามปัจจัยส่วนบุคคล ระเบียบวิธีวิจัย: การวิจัยนี้ใช้ระเบียบวิธีวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ กลุ่มตัวอย่างประกอบด้วยประชาชน 378 คน อายุ 18 ปีขึ้นไป ที่อาศัยอยู่ในชุมชนโรจนา เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามที่มีโครงสร้างพร้อมมาตราส่วนการให้คะแนนห้าจุด การวิเคราะห์ทางสถิติประกอบด้วยความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และการวิเคราะห์ความแปรปรวนทางเดียว (ANOVA) โดยกำหนดระดับนัยสำคัญที่ .05 ผลการศึกษา: ผลการศึกษาพบว่า ระดับโดยรวมของวิถีชีวิตที่มุ่งเน้นความยั่งยืนที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความยั่งยืนด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมนั้นอยู่ในระดับสูง ในบรรดามิติต่างๆ การเข้าถึงพลังงานสมัยใหม่ที่ราคาไม่แพงและยั่งยืนได้รับคะแนนเฉลี่ยสูงสุด รองลงมาคือ การอนุรักษ์ระบบนิเวศทางทะเล การเข้าถึงน้ำสะอาดและสุขอนามัย การอนุรักษ์ระบบนิเวศบนบก การปรับตัวต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ และการบริโภคและการผลิตที่ยั่งยืน …
