We observe a new ${D}_{s}$ meson with mass $(2856.6\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}{1.5}_{\mathrm{stat}}\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}{5.0}_{\mathrm{syst}})\text{ }\text{ }\mathrm{MeV}/{c}^{2}$ and width $(48\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}{7}_{\mathrm{stat}}\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}{10}_{\mathrm{syst}})\text{ }\text{ }\mathrm{MeV}/{c}^{2}$ decaying into ${D}^{0}{K}^{+}$ and ${D}^{+}{K}_{S}^{0}$. In the same mass distributions, we also observe a broad structure with mass $(2688\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}{4}_{\mathrm{stat}}\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}{3}_{\mathrm{syst}})\text{ }\text{ }\mathrm{MeV}/{c}^{2}$ and width $(112\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}{7}_{\mathrm{stat}}\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}{36}_{\mathrm{syst}})\text{ }\text{ }\mathrm{MeV}/{c}^{2}$. …

We measure the dependence of ${\overline{B}}^{0}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{D}^{*+}{e}^{\ensuremath{-}}{\overline{\ensuremath{\nu}}}_{e}$ on the decay angles and momentum transfer. The data sample consists of $\ensuremath{\sim}86\ifmmode\times\else\texttimes\fi{}{10}^{6}$ $B\overline{B}$-pairs accumulated on the $\mathit{\ensuremath{\Upsilon}}(4\mathrm{S})$ resonance by the BABAR detector at the asymmetric ${e}^{+}{e}^{\ensuremath{-}}$ collider PEP-II. In a study of ${B}^{+}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}J/\ensuremath{\psi}\ensuremath{\gamma}{K}^{+}$ decays, we find evidence for the radiative decay $X(3872)\ensuremath{\rightarrow}J/\ensuremath{\psi}\ensuremath{\gamma}$ with a statistical significance of $3.4\ensuremath{\sigma}$. We measure the product of branching fractions $\mathcal{B}({B}^{+}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}X(3872){K}^{+})\ifmmode\cdot\else\textperiodcentered\fi{}\mathcal{B}(X(3872)\ensuremath{\rightarrow}J/\ensuremath{\psi}\ensuremath{\gamma})=(3.3\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}1.0\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}0.3)\ifmmode\times\else\texttimes\fi{}{10}^{\ensuremath{-}6}$, where the uncertainties are statistical and systematic, respectively.
