We reconstruct ${\overline{B}}^{0}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{D}_{s}^{\ensuremath{-}}{D}^{+}$ decays using a sample of $449\ifmmode\times\else\texttimes\fi{}{10}^{6}$ $B\overline{B}$ pairs recorded by the Belle experiment, and measure the branching fraction to be $\mathcal{B}({\overline{B}}^{0}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{D}_{s}^{\ensuremath{-}}{D}^{+})=[7.5\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}0.2(\mathrm{stat})\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}0.8(\mathrm{syst})\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}0.8({\mathcal{B}}^{\ensuremath{'}}s)]\ifmmode\times\else\texttimes\fi{}{10}^{\ensuremath{-}3}$. We report the observation of ${\overline{B}}^{0}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{D}^{0}{\ensuremath{\eta}}^{\ensuremath{'}}$ and the first observation of ${\overline{B}}^{0}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{D}^{*0}{\ensuremath{\eta}}^{\ensuremath{'}}$, using $140\text{ }\text{ }{\mathrm{fb}}^{\ensuremath{-}1}$ of data collected at the $\ensuremath{\Upsilon}(4S)$ resonance with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric energy ${e}^{+}{e}^{\ensuremath{-}}$ collider.
