We measure the branching ratios of the Cabibbo-suppressed decays ${\ensuremath{\Lambda}}_{c}^{+}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}\ensuremath{\Lambda}{K}^{+}$ and ${\ensuremath{\Lambda}}_{c}^{+}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{\ensuremath{\Sigma}}^{0}{K}^{+}$ relative to the Cabibbo-favored decay modes ${\ensuremath{\Lambda}}_{c}^{+}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}\ensuremath{\Lambda}{\ensuremath{\pi}}^{+}$ and ${\ensuremath{\Lambda}}_{c}^{+}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{\ensuremath{\Sigma}}^{0}{\ensuremath{\pi}}^{+}$ to be $0.044\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}0.004\text{ }(\mathrm{stat}.)\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}0.003\text{ }(\mathrm{syst}.)$ and $0.038\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}0.005\text{ }(\mathrm{stat}.)\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}0.003\text{ }(\mathrm{syst}.)$, respectively. Measurement of Time-Dependent CP Asymmetries and the CP -Odd Fraction in the Decay B0→D*+D*−

We present an updated measurement of time-dependent $CP$ asymmetries and the $CP$-odd fraction in the decay ${B}^{0}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{D}^{*+}{D}^{*\ensuremath{-}}$ using $232\ifmmode\times\else\texttimes\fi{}{10}^{6}B\overline{B}$ pairs collected by the BABAR detector at the SLAC PEP-II $B$ factory. We present a measurement of the Cabibbo-Kobayashi-Maskawa matrix element $|{V}_{cb}|$ based on a sample of about 53 700 ${\overline{B}}^{0}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{D}^{*+}{\ensuremath{\ell}}^{\ensuremath{-}}{\overline{\ensuremath{\nu}}}_{\ensuremath{\ell}}$ decays observed by the BABAR detector.
