Search for Doubly Charged Higgs Bosons with Lepton-Flavor-Violating Decays Involving τ Leptons

We search for pair production of doubly charged Higgs particles (${H}^{\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}}$) followed by decays into electron-tau ($e\ensuremath{\tau}$) and muon-tau ($\ensuremath{\mu}\ensuremath{\tau}$) pairs using data ($350\text{ }\text{ }{\mathrm{pb}}^{\ensuremath{-}1}$) collected from $\overline{p}p$ collisions at $\sqrt{s}=1.96\text{ }\text{ }\mathrm{TeV}$ by the CDF II experiment.
