Using $(106.41\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}0.86)\ifmmode\times\else\texttimes\fi{}1{0}^{6}\text{ }\ensuremath{\psi}(3686)$ events collected with the BESIII detector at BEPCII, we study for the first time the decay ${\ensuremath{\chi}}_{cJ}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{\ensuremath{\eta}}^{\ensuremath{'}}{K}^{+}{K}^{\ensuremath{-}}$ ($J=1$, 2), where ${\ensuremath{\eta}}^{\ensuremath{'}}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}\ensuremath{\gamma}{\ensuremath{\rho}}^{0}$ and ${\ensuremath{\eta}}^{\ensuremath{'}}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}\ensuremath{\eta}{\ensuremath{\pi}}^{+}{\ensuremath{\pi}}^{\ensuremath{-}}$. A partial wave analysis in the covariant tensor amplitude formalism is performed for the decay ${\ensuremath{\chi}}_{c1}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}{\ensuremath{\eta}}^{\ensuremath{'}}{K}^{+}{K}^{\ensuremath{-}}$. …
