Study of J / ψ → p p ¯ and J / ψ → n n ¯

The decays $J/\ensuremath{\psi}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}p\overline{p}$ and $J/\ensuremath{\psi}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}n\overline{n}$ have been investigated with a sample of $225.2\ifmmode\times\else\texttimes\fi{}{10}^{6}$ $J/\ensuremath{\psi}$ events collected with the BESIII detector at the BEPCII ${e}^{+}{e}^{\ensuremath{-}}$ collider. The branching fractions are determined to be $\mathcal{B}(J/\ensuremath{\psi}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}p\overline{p})=(2.112\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}0.004\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}0.031)\ifmmode\times\else\texttimes\fi{}{10}^{\ensuremath{-}3}$ and $\mathcal{B}(J/\ensuremath{\psi}\ensuremath{\rightarrow}n\overline{n})=(2.07\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}0.01\ifmmode\pm\else\textpm\fi{}0.17)\ifmmode\times\else\texttimes\fi{}{10}^{\ensuremath{-}3}$.
